The Town Clock was presented to the town of Eden (later named Bar Harbor) for its centennial celebration in July 1896 by the Bar Harbor Village Improvement Association. The clock is located on Main St. by the Village Green. The Town Clock is a reminder of earlier times when clocks of its kind were more commonplace. This photo was taken by Kathy MacLeod, who was a Bar Harbor Village Improvement Association Board Member from 2015-2020.
